When I first saw the design, I immediately wanted to upgrade to the larger frame so that way I can document all my travel adventures when it originally came in the mail. I had gotten the wrong order and got the United States map instead of the world map the customer service team was very quick to address The problem and sent me a replacement with the correct world map within the next week. We love the map especially the black and gold. I also love that it is personalized. It helps you realize how big the world is and you may have only seen a fraction of it. The USA and Mexico are covered with pins but hardly any pins for the rest of the world. I would encourage you to pay the extra money and get the largest map. Some of the cities are very small to read.

Love my Sentigrams map! Customer service was great from the start to beyond receipt of my map. The black and gold colors are stunning and work perfectly in my selected space for hanging. I chose the world map, so on the 16” x 24”, it’s a bit small for documenting “busier” areas (I.e. Caribbean and Great Britain), but I didn’t want to go larger. Placing pins at varying heights assists with that challenge. I highly recommend Sentigrams! This is a wonderful way to document and remember past travels while planning and looking forward to new ones!

Well worth the money! What impressed me most was the communication of the business b/c they want to make sure you know exactly what you are buying. I accidentally selected unframed but wanted framed, they texted me and emailed me to make sure I didn’t want the frame. I’m so thankful they were persistent b/c it would have been triple the price to have fixed my mistake. Also, I ended up changing the “key” I had too many words and I ended up making it more simple.
