If you are unhappy with the quality of the print or the frame, or if your item arrives damaged, we will remake and replace your print at no cost to you.
To start this process, email our Support Team (email@example.com) within 100 days of placing your order with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Multiple pictures of the quality issue / damage from different angles
Our staff will generally reach out to you within 2-3 days of receiving your request to discuss how we're going to make it right.
Please note that Gift Cards and Bulk Orders greater than 20 units are not eligible for a refund.
