Refund policy
We have a 100-day return policy on all of our poster, canvas, and framed prints (excluding Digital Download items, Gift Cards, and bulk orders greater than 20 units) which entitles you to a full refund (minus shipping fees originally paid by you). There is no restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us at your expense in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you will need to contact us at support@sentigrams.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If your RMA is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
All items are carefully inspected by our team before shipping to ensure a quality print, and are professionally packed to protect it during transport.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transport, or is not up to the quality you expected, rest assured that you are covered by our Happiness Guarantee against such issues. If you'd like to file a claim, please contact us immediately at support@sentigrams.com and we'll get the process started!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on Gift Cards or on Digital Download products, or Bulk Orders greater than 20 units.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 30 mins of placing it or within the change/modification time window specified by your assigned Graphic Artist (which will be at least 30 mins from the time you placed your order).
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if the item you received is damaged or if it has a quality issue and will be replaced with the exact same item under the coverage of our Happiness Guarantee.
Refunds
If your order has been approved for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
