Shipping policy
Shipping Charges
All orders will receive free economy shipping (3-8 business days in transit) within the contiguous USA (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from free shipping offers) . During the Holiday shopping season, the standard free shipping option will be temporarily replaced with a special Free Holiday Shipping option which will have your order delivered before 12/25.
Order Processing Times
Every Sentigram is made-to-order, just for you. Upon placing your order, it will typically take us approximately 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays) to design, manufacture, and ship your order after which point it will be shipped with the carrier and speed that you selected during checkout.
For example:
If you placed an order on a Monday and selected a Next Day Air shipping service during checkout, it will typically take (1-3 days order processing time) + (1 day shipping time) = 2-4 days total to deliver your order. In other words, if you placed an order on Monday with Next Day Air shipping, your order will get delivered between Wednesday and Friday of the same week.
Please note that order processing times during high-demand seasons, such as the Holiday shopping season of 12/1 - 12/25, will not follow the standard 1-3 day schedule, and may take longer and may vary by order volume. Be assured however that your order will be processed and handed off to the shipping carriers by their Christmas delivery deadlines for delivery before 12/25.
Damaged Shipments
Rest assured that if your shipment is damaged during transit, that it is covered by our Happiness Guarantee and will be replaced at no cost to you. In order to process your request, please email us at support@sentigrams.com as soon as you receive your shipment and our team will make it right.
Lost Shipments
If the shipping carrier has lost your package in transit, and the carrier's tracking information shows that it has not been delivered, and over 7 days from the expected delivery date have passed, please contact us at support@sentigrams.com and we'll process a replacement for you.
Please note: we are not responsible for theft of packages from your doorstep once the carrier's tracking confirms delivery to your destination, nor are we responsible for delivery to an incorrect address that was provided by you. If you have experienced package theft in the past at the delivery address that you provided us, we advise that you call the shipping carrier (will be either UPS or Fedex) as soon as we give you the tracking number, and request that your shipment be held at one of their local stores or held at their local distribution hub so that you can pickup the package in person. Based on your location, both UPS and Fedex will accommodate these requests at no additional charge to you.
Other
- We only ship to the USA.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
- We cannot redirect packages to a different address once it is in transit.
- We cannot accommodate special delivery instructions (ie leave the package at the back door, deliver after 5pm, etc) because our carriers, UPS and Fedex, do not accommodate such requests.
- We are not responsible for unforseen delays by the shipping carriers
